Our chef jackets are exclusively designed in France and manufactured in Thailand. While many competitors choose production in countries with lenient regulations, we prioritize the quality and craftsmanship that come from our dedicated Thai manufacturing.

Question What is the lead time for order and customization
Answer

The lead time for customized orders, including embroidery and other personalization, is typically 2-3 weeks. We understand the importance of timely delivery and strive to fulfill customized orders efficiently without compromising on quality.

Clement Design Asean provides chef uniforms to Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Brunei, Australia, Japan, and Singapore.

Question How do I determine my size

To find your perfect fit, refer to our size chart on the product page. We offer a range of sizes from XS to 6XL, ensuring that chefs of all body types can find a comfortable and flattering fit.

Question Return Policy

  1. Products can be returned or exchanged at our shop (Krungthon Buri) within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Customers must present the receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
  3. Products eligible for exchange or return must be in perfect condition—unwashed, unworn, and unaltered in any way (except for embroideries made by the shop).
  4. The store will not accept exchanges or returns for products that have been used incorrectly or modified in any way.
  5. For export orders, customers are responsible for shipping fees and any additional expenses related to the exchange of the product.
  6. All conditions are as specified by the company.
