Question Where are your chef jackets manufactured?
Answer

Our chef jackets are exclusively designed in France and manufactured in Thailand. While many competitors choose production in countries with lenient regulations, we prioritize the quality and craftsmanship that come from our dedicated Thai manufacturing.

Question What is the lead time for order and customization
Answer

The lead time for customized orders, including embroidery and other personalization, is typically 2-3 weeks. We understand the importance of timely delivery and strive to fulfill customized orders efficiently without compromising on quality.

Answer

Clement Design Asean provides chef uniforms to Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Brunei, Australia, Japan, and Singapore.

Question How do I determine my size
Answer

To find your perfect fit, refer to our size chart on the product page. We offer a range of sizes from XS to 6XL, ensuring that chefs of all body types can find a comfortable and flattering fit.

Question Return Policy
Answer
 
  1. Purchased merchandise can be exchanged or refunded only at
    Clement Design Showroom (located near BTS Krung Thonburi Exit
    2), within 14 days from the date of purchase. 
  2. Customers are STRICTLY required to surrender original receipt
    upon merchandise exchange or refund.
  3. Only products that are in perfect condition are acceptable: neither
    washed nor worn nor aged and without any personalization embroidery.
  4. Any guarantee is excluded in case of improper use, negligence or
    lack of care on the part of the Buyer, as well as in the case of
    transformation of the Product, or in case of normal wear of the
    Product of force majeure.
  5. Customization, e.g. embroidery of names, logos and flags; taping
    and piping; and other requested options, is NOT guaranteed to be
    acceptable (unless the object is returned due to an error by
    Clement Design Thailand). 
  6. Any length adjustment of products made for individuals is
    unacceptable in any case.
  7. Any sizes firmly accepted as per the standard size measurement
    CANNOT be either returned or refunded even though the
    customers’ sizes may vary in any event.
  8. Clement Design by Global Synergy Management Co., Ltd.
    reserves the right to make a final decision of merchandise
    exchange or refund.
