For your information, as we had to adapt to the Asian markets, we have a size for everybody  (from T-1 to T9).

If your requested item(s) are in stock, you are welcomed to Clement Design Thailand Showroom and take away.

Only name embroidery option which is directly ordered at our showroom is accepted to collect within the same day (2-3 hours after payment confirmation). For your convenience, you may be recommended to pick up the item(s) the next business day.

Otherwise, if the order is received before 12 p.m. (GMT+7), we will ship the next business day.

Your order will be delivered to you 2-3 days depending on your location.

Customized products (Embroidery, Logo or C-You customization) may take up to 10 business days prior to shipment. Please contact us for any specific delivery times, if you would like more information concerning your order.

If the item(s) you have ordered are out of stock (no specific size or models), you will be notified immediately after having placed your order.

This may take up to 2-3 weeks (depending on your order(s) and customization(s)) prior to shipment.

Yes of course, we don’t have only customers in Thailand, we also provide uniforms all over South East Asia: Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Singapore, The Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia.

The delivery is FREE for our customers located in Bangkok CBU Sathorn, Silom and Sukhumvit.

For the other customers, we will add the transportation cost on the quotation depending on your location.

We have nearly all the items on that website. Furthermore, we have some products that are not available on www.clementdesign.com or its online catalogue. So don’t hesitate to contact us so that we can use our expertise to guide you and provide the best products that fit your needs.

It also happens that we have more colors available and that we have models in short sleeves when it’s not specified on the catalogue for instance.

We DON’T provide MISONO knives.

You may either exchange or get a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products by returning your item(s) to the following address;

ONLY non-customized or unworn products are accepted.

Beyond this date, returns are no longer accepted.

The customer is STRICTLY required to surrender original receipt upon merchandise exchange or refund.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned or exchanged goods.

All merchandise must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unstained, etc.) and in its original packaging.

Any embroidered or customized items cannot be returned as we are unable to re-sell any items embroidered with either your logo or name.
